Plot

Dave Skylark (James Franco), the host of the talk show Skylark Tonight, and Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen), the show's producer, get to interview Kim Jong-un (Randall Park), North Korea dictator, which is a huge fan of their show.
Everything gets more complicated when CIA agent Lacey (Lizzy Caplan) asks them to assassinate him.

Opinion

I'm a fan of the Franco-Rogen bromance since Pineapple Express, and I could not dislike this film. The Interview is a genuine and brilliant comedy. If you are looking for a film that makes you laugh out loud, I highly recommend it to you.
The Interview is not only about two dumb men with the mission of assassinate the North Korean dictator, but also about friendship.
I don't get why Rogen's fingers needed to be mutilated, but I'm fine with that.
Rapoport (Rogen) looks a bit uncomfortable with Skylark's (Franco) sexuality, but who wouldn't be?

Quotes

Dave Skylark: Hate us 'cause they ain't us!
